This 2nd floor double room (**this accommodation can also be booked as family room - see booking options) is situated at the rear of the building, offers a great place for you to relax after a long day visiting the beach, exploring or walking the coastal path. A king size bed for the adults (and two bunk beds for the children as a family room option). The room is furnished with a chest of drawers, a double wardrobe and has a private, en-suite shower room. In addition there is a complimentary hospitality tray & toiletries & a hairdryer in the room.

Outstanding Hosts and Great Location
Jo and Martin are the perfect hosts, and quickly became friends. They gave us lots of useful information and ideas upon arrival and throughout our stay.Cherwood Guest House is ideally positioned, close to the centre of Paignton, but on a relatively quiet street. Car parking was easy, using one of their permits for a very nearby car park, with unloading space right outside the Guest House. The breakfasts allowed plenty of choice and were nicely cooked.The rooms are well-kept, with supplies topped up as necessary. If we are in South Devon in the future, we will be sure to choose Cherwood again.

Peacefully pleasant
What a charming guest house! We were looking for a peaceful, quiet accommodation, and that's exactly what we found. Although it was fully booked, it felt as though we were the only residents. From entering to the aroma of a pleasant, flowery perfume, finding a spotless, lovely, and well-decorated room, to greeting the very welcoming hosts who were available throughout the stay for anything that was needed... book with confidence, thanks again.

A beautiful place to stay!
Me and my family stayed with Jo and Martin at their beautiful bed and breakfast for 2 nights. It was clean,tidy and beautifully decorated.Jo and Martin are very welcoming and very informative with what we could do in the area with our children. There is lots to do in Paignton and its lovely after a busy day to rest in the lovely family room at the B&B.We loved staying with Jo and Martin we felt very much at home. We look forward to staying again in the futurein the beautiful seaside town of Paignton. Thanks again Jo and Martin for your hospitality. Your B&B is beautiful and I recommend it to everyone.Especially the breakfast in the morning, just lovely. It set my family and I up for the day! Yummy...
