Dedicated Bays 6, 7 and 14

For guests arriving by car, we have three dedicated car park spaces available to reserve. They are located in the new surface level car park which is minutes from our doorstep. (Victoria Torbay Council Car Park, Garfield Rd, TQ4 6PE). As you enter the car park, you turn immediately to the left and the numbered bays are located here.

The bays must be reserved for your stay (if your requested dates are available) and they are offered on a first come, first served basis. The cost is £7.50 per day payable in cash direct to the Cherwood Guesthouse upon your arrival.  PLEASE NOTE: The Torbay Council  'Reserved Bay Permit' must be obtained from us at check in (3-6pm) and this must be displayed in your car windscreen at all times when using the specific bay.   Penalty Charge notices will be issued by local Enforcement Officers to any vehicles NOT displaying a valid permit and any replacement permits are charged to guests at £25.00 so please keep this safe and return to us upon checking out of the guesthouse/parking bay.  We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or theft to vehicles whilst public parking.

Alternatively, should the bays already be reserved, you can still park at this location, but should park in the general public spaces and pay at the machine or alternatively via the Ring Go App I.D No 15825

Guests who have a "Blue Badge" can park in Beach Road all year round provided they display both their badge and the clock.

You can also apply in advance for a saver 4 or 8 day pass for use in ALL TORBAY Council car parks (except Lower Union Lane), depending on the length of your visit*

Off Peak season - there are several locations on the adjacent streets for 'on street parking' (Any single yellow line) between 1 October and 30 April every year
