This 2nd floor family room (**this can also be booked as a double room ) is situated at the rear of the building, offers a great place for you to relax after a long day visiting the beach, exploring or walking the coastal path. Refurbished in 2026 it has a king size bed for the adults and two bunk beds for the children. The room is also furnished with a dressing table and tub chair and a freestanding wardrobe stand to maximise your space. The private, en-suite shower room has been updated with new fixtures and fittings for 2026 . In addition there is a complimentary hospitality tray & toiletries & a hairdryer + mini fridge in the room.

A lovely bank holiday weekend
Could not fault our stay, the accommodation to the owners were 5* what struck me was the small details that made it so homely and welcoming, so much so that we stayed an extra night!
Really enjoyable stay.
My wife & I recently had a two night break. Jo & Martin were wonderful & generous hosts. Martin was responsible for providing us each with a beautifully cooked full English breakfast on each morning of our stay. Jo was very generous with her time & we enjoyed several extended chats during our stay. Their gorgeous dog, Kaelan, provided additional joy as we had left our dog at home with friends. The guest house offers a great location as it is literally 1-2 minutes from Paignton's seafront & shops. The car park is a 30 second walk away from the guest house & we purchased a discounted parking permit from Jo & Martin. Our room (No. 9) was very clean & well presented. The only possible negative comment we could make was that the room was a touch on the small side which didn't bother us in the slightest. All in all, we had a lovely short break & will certainly consider a stay here in the future. Thank you Jo & Martin.
Great stay
Really great service and quality, comfortable rooms. Really nice hosts and super helpful. Very good location close to all the key venues around Paignton and south Devon.
