This 2nd floor family room (**this can also be booked as a double room ) is situated at the rear of the building, offers a great place for you to relax after a long day visiting the beach, exploring or walking the coastal path. Refurbished in 2026 it has a king size bed for the adults and two bunk beds for the children. The room is also furnished with a dressing table and tub chair and wallmounted hanging shelves/coathangers to maximise your space. The private, en-suite shower room has been updated with new fixtures and fittings for 2026 . In addition there is a complimentary hospitality tray & toiletries & a hairdryer, mini fridge and tall fan in the room.

Our Paignton getaway

Lovely Guesthouse
The location was perfect for us – close to the station and the city centre, and just a few metres from the sea! Jo and Martin were excellent hosts. The breakfast was phenomenal. The family room had a shelf and plenty of hangers. The water pressure in the shower was great. It was a tiny bit small, but absolutely fine.

Wonderful holiday!
Thank you Jo and Martin for being fabulous hosts and making our holiday a happy one! Nothing was too much trouble and you were very accomodating. The breakfast was beautiful and cooked fresh to order! The rooms were spotlessly clean, tidy and definitely worthy of the 4 star, 10/10 reviews they have been getting. Jo and Martin were really good with thechildren, having a laugh and a joke with them and making them feel special.Its in a great location, only a stones throw from the fair, peir, beach and town. Everything is really convenient. You get your own parking space on the carpark just at the top of the road, and the rate is quite reasonable.We will definitely be visiting again!!!! 😊
