This 2nd floor family room (**this can also be booked as a double room ) is situated at the rear of the building, offers a great place for you to relax after a long day visiting the beach, exploring or walking the coastal path. Refurbished in 2026 it has a king size bed for the adults and two bunk beds for the children. The room is also furnished with a dressing table and tub chair and a freestanding wardrobe stand to maximise your space. The private, en-suite shower room has been updated with new fixtures and fittings for 2026 . In addition there is a complimentary hospitality tray & toiletries & a hairdryer + mini fridge in the room.

Fantastic long weekend
We came here on 2nd April for a long easter weekend, and what can I say, we were greeted early purely by chance and was able to drop off our luggage and go about our day, we came back a few hours later to a beautifully clean and stylish room, we were room only but will definitely book breakfast next time, as we will be back, we had the best weekend and didnt want to go home. Thank you for having us and was lovely to meet and chat to you both xx

Amazing short break
Jo and Martin are amazing they are warm friendly and so accommodating. The guest house is in an amazing location seconds from the beach. It was an ideal location for us to stay

A 5 star plus guesthouse
A 5 star plus guesthouseWhat an amazing guesthouse - so welcoming, clean and inviting, room was 5 star with everything you need, breakfast 1st class, Jo and Martin perfect hosts - what more could you want! Would definitely come again and would recommend to friends and family. If I could rate it higher than 5 star, I would.
