This 2nd floor family room (**this can also be booked as a double room ) is situated at the rear of the building, offers a great place for you to relax after a long day visiting the beach, exploring or walking the coastal path. Refurbished in 2026 it has a king size bed for the adults and two bunk beds for the children. The room is also furnished with a dressing table and tub chair,mounted open plan wardrobe rails to maximise your living space. The private, en-suite shower room has been updated with new fixtures and fittings for 2026. In addition there is a complimentary hospitality tray & toiletries & a hairdryer + mini fridge in the room. For added comfort there are fluffy blankets for the children and standing fan in the summer.

A home away from home!
I had the most amazing stay with Jo and Martin! From a lovely first greeting to a delicious breakfast with numerous options, Cherwood Guesthouse is the best option when staying in Paignton. It is sat in a great location near the pier and near a car park, it is looked after and very clean. Staying here felt like a home away from home and I felt looked after in everyway. Thank you for my amazing stay and I will definitely be back again!
