Booking Terms

As a courtesy, please inform of your time of arrival within a 2-hour window. If running late, telephone with an update on 01803 556515.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children: Children older than 5 years are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the rooms.

Deposit Policy: A small deposit will be charged. VAT & Service charge is included.

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Parking is always available at a location nearby (reservation is needed).

Pets: are allowed ONLY subject to availability. Please enquire via phone.
